※ Smart card: suggest choose 200~250mesh/inch
※ Wire mesh diameter: 48 micron
※ Thickness: 50 micron
二、The drying condition required on base materials：
※ Paper: after the stoving temperature reaching 100-120℃, keep temperature for 3-8 minutes
※ PVC material: after the stoving temperature reaching 50℃, keep temperature for 30~40 minutes
※ PC, PET: after the stoving temperature reaching 120~130℃, keep temperature for 40~60 minutes
※ Glass: after the stoving temperature reaching 130~150℃, keep temperature for 20~30 minutes
※ The condition of stoving tunnel and stoving oven: there must have circular hot blast, make sure the complete dry of the printed products in the drying room and the eligible electric performance.
三、The mixing and application process of 2-component and 1-component conductive paste.：
1、2-component conductive paste：
※ Conductive paste: curing agent=10:1, the mix proportion can be adjusted according to the practical requirements and substrate conditions, but must declare the situation to the manufacturer before purchasing.
※ Must mix according to the need, or it will become gel after shelf life, and unrecoverable. The operator must pay attention on that.
2、1-component type conductive paste: stirring for a while and print; if the viscosity is too high and dried too fast, recommend adding a little butyl glycol, 738 isophorone or DBE, these solvents can adjust the viscosity and drying process, which won’t affect the electric performance.

六、The period of validity of the conductive paste: 10-12 months under normal temperature.
七、Note: To ensure good ventilation when working; away from fire and high temperature; if touched by skin, use soap and water to wash; Must cleaning the silk screen immediately after printing, otherwise the screen will be jammed; use butyl acetate、methyl ethyl ketone to cleaning the halftone.
